Please carry out these two steps before contacting support:
1) Check that there are articles in the article section assigned in JaggyBlog's configuration.
2) Make sure the time-zone in Joomla's Global Configuration is set to the same time-zone as the server that your website is hosted on, so that the articles publish times are correct.
